Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with marketing and social media skills who is passionate about improving healthcare through patient engagement and advocacy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in growing our Patient Voice Connect database by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for patients and caregivers. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing projects, and creating content to attract and support participants. Key Responsibilities Project Management and Marketing PlanningDevelop and implement a marketing and engagement planCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project milestonesMonitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectivesCoordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives from planning to executionIdentify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines Social Media Strategy & Content CreationDevelop and implement a strategic social media plan across multiple platformsDesign engaging content that resonates with end users and supports database registrationsMonitor activities and adjust strategies based on performance Community Outreach & Partnership DevelopmentFoster relationships with relevant stakeholders, including patients, caregivers, patient organizations, and healthcare stakeholdersSupport outreach campaigns and special projects What Were Looking ForRequired: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field Experience developing strategic marketing and engagement plans that align with organizational goals and include defined audiences, objectives, and performance metrics Demonstrated experience with social media management and content creation Strong writing and communication skills Solid project management capabilities and experience Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work on PC or Mac Ensures accuracy and consistency across tasks and deliverables through exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Motivated to work in improving healthcare and making a differencePreferred: Knowledge of healthcare and patient advocacy landscape Understanding of data privacy considerations in healthcare Lived experience as a patient and/or caregiver Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field Bilingual (English/French), with proficiency in both spoken and written communication Compensation & Benefits Competitive entry-level salary based on experience and qualifications Paid time off and company holidays Potential for travel to (1) conference for personal and professional development Application ProcessQualified candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and portfolio of social media or marketing materials content to ursula@patientvoiceconnect.com.Please include 'Marketing and Social Media Associate Patient Voice Connect' in the subject line.Patient Voice Partners is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
