What You Will Do: As a Service Technician, you will be on the road, providing repair and maintenance services for a variety of home appliances. Your key responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing residential appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, dryers, and more. Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues. Communicating effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide excellent service. Managing service calls efficiently and ensuring timely completion of all assigned jobs. Keeping accurate records of work completed and maintaining service reports. What You Bring: 3+ years of experience as a service technician in the appliance industry (preferred, but candidates with less experience will be considered). Technical post-secondary education is preferred. Gas ticket certification is an asset but not required - our client will cover the cost of certification if needed. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
