Job Summary: We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a high-powered, high-volume calling role, making 300+ calls per day using AI-assisted dialers. As a full-time contractor in this fully remote position, you will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for account executives to close deals. This role is ideal for a self-starter with 3 years of logistics experience, eager to learn eCommerce fulfillment, and skilled in prospecting on key platforms. Proficiency with HubSpot is required. Top performers with 1-2 years of tenure may have the opportunity to advance to an Account Executive role. Key Responsibilities: High-Volume Outbound Calling: Execute 300+ daily calls using AI-assisted dialers to prospect and engage potential clients. Lead Generation: Identify and target prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and specialized prospecting on TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento platforms. Qualification: Leverage your logistics expertise to understand prospects eCommerce and fulfillment needs, qualifying leads based on fit and opportunity. Outreach: Deliver targeted campaigns to promote The Fulfillment Labs services, including fulfillment marketing, global shipping, and customized packaging solutions. Pipeline Building: Schedule meetings and product demos for account executives, maintaining a consistent flow of qualified opportunities. CRM Management: Accurately track all activities and interactions in HubSpot, utilizing its tools for pipeline management and reporting. Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share logistics insights, and optimize lead generation strategies. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points, particularly within TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento ecosystems. Qualifications: Required: 3 years of experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain and fulfillment processes. Required: Proven experience using HubSpot for CRM management, lead tracking, and sales automation. Required: Demonstrated skills in prospecting customers on TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento platforms. High-Volume Calling Experience: Comfortable with a high-powered role making 300+ calls per day using AI-assisted dialers. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn the nuances of eCommerce fulfillment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in engaging prospects. Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn and eCommerce platforms for outreach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Bachelors degree in business, logistics, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
