Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales to drive the adoption and expansion of Brand Expands eCommerce sales acceleration SaaS platform. This individual will be pivotal in growing our user base through developing impactful campaigns leveraging high converting marketing funnels while working with the Marketing Team, VSLs, strategic sales initiatives to book and close large online sellers, agencies, and eCommerce aggregators. The role demands a blend of expertise in high-ticket software sales plus a proven track record in leveraging Marketing Teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate will eagerly step up to build funnels and close deals with the team, then lead a team of setters, closers, and marketing associates to assist our growing RevOps team. Primary Focus: Lead the sales organization while personally owning and closing high-value Enterprise accounts ($10M+ in annual revenue). Build and execute the Brand Expand Sales Playbook, mentor SDRs, and scale revenue by creating repeatable systems that drive consistent Premium and Enterprise-level conversions. Oversee the integration of performance tracking, sales ops efficiency, and strategic forecasting to align sales execution with company growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Brand Expand''''s growth objectives. Identify target markets and customer segments to optimize outreach efforts. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met. Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives. Sales Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates across all relevant sales KPIs. Implement best practices and tools to streamline sales operations. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Focus primarily on closing higher-level Enterprise accounts (e.g. Enterprise III-V), generally large agencies and aggregators. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development. Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies. Identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Work with Success to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and loyalty (reduced churn), especially higher-level enterprise accounts. Training and Development: Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Encourage professional growth and career development within the team. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales, VP of Sales). Strong record of success in high-ticket enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS or eCommerce enablement. Experience managing teams of sales professionals, including SDRs, AEs, and sales ops. Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn). Past experience in a high-growth or startup environment is highly preferred.
