Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical New Product Introduction (NPI)? About the Role: As Project Manager II , youll oversee the full lifecycle of 10+ complex NPI projects , from CMO onboarding and Health Canada submissions to production and commercial launch. This is a highly visible role with direct ownership of timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across departments like Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing. What Youll Be Doing: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches on time and within budget Serve as the primary liaison with global CMO partners Support portfolio performance tracking , pipeline reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Champion change and process optimization across the PMO using tools like Smartsheet and SAP Collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values initiative and impact What Were Looking For: 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical NPI (sterile injectables or generics preferred) PMP Certification (required) Proven success managing complex projects in cross-functional, multicultural teams Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project , and related tools Why Apply?
