Project Manager We are seeking a seasoned project manager with 5+ years of experience in heavy civil and structural construction disciplines. This role requires expertise in developing cost-effective plans, minimizing risk, and ensuring quality assurance. Develops a comprehensive project plan, schedule, and budget to ensure timely completion and minimize exposure to risk. Coordinates the work of subcontractors and trade contractors, overseeing their performance and reviewing engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Administers construction contracts, obtains necessary permits and licenses, and supervises assistant managers and superintendents. Tracks and controls construction schedules and associated costs to achieve project completion within allocated time and resources. Reports to stakeholders about project progress and modifies plans as necessary. This position involves managing day-to-day operational aspects of multiple construction projects, interacting with clients, and accurately forecasting revenue and project costs. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating regular project reports, identifying changes in project scope, and administering the submittal review process.
