Payroll Specialist Role Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for diverse clients in various industries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Canadian Payroll experience, proficiency in payroll systems and data entry, and strong communication/customer service skills. About the Role: - Manage client portfolios (small, mid and upmarket) across various sectors - Process payrolls and generate reports - Conduct audits, reconciliations and address discrepancies - Maintain and update client''s payroll schedule - Communicate changes or updates to clients - Filing T4 and RL-1 at year-end and quarterly balancing Main Responsibilities: - End-to-end Payroll processing - Collect and validate client data - Address client queries related to payroll - Client Relationship Management - Internal Collaboration: resolve issues and improve processes Requirements: - 3-5 years Canadian Payroll Experience - Proficiency in payroll systems and data entry - Familiarity with CRA and other Canadian Governments - Bilingual (French and English) - Certifications: NPI Courses completed and PCP Certification - Ability to research information on own and look up data Benefits and Compensation: - Competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per annum - Comprehensive benefits package
