Were looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about supporting people and processes across a variety of industries and dynamic environments.Position OverviewThe HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and executing human resources initiatives across our client portfolio. This person will provide day-to-day HR support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, training, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to work across multiple industries and teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all client companiesMaintain and update employee records and HRIS systemsProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesCoordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communication with vendorsAssist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to each companys unique needsSupport employee engagement and retention initiativesEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsAssist with performance management processes and documentationHelp develop and deliver training programs on topics such as compliance, leadership, and communicationCollaborate closely with the Director of HR and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic HR supportQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2-3 years of HR coordinator or equivalent experienceKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience managing HR functions across multiple industries or business units is a plusExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Must be legally able to work in CanadaMust be located in Metro Vancouver
