Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is looking for an experienced operations coordinator to work with internal sales/pricing staff and our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe.Responsibilities:Managing accounts, dispatching shipments, carrier set ups, invoicing and client billing.Monitor ongoing shipments, track & trace, handing carrier disputes, negotiating carrier rates & tariffs and long-term carrier relationships.Maintaining positive working relationships with customers, addressing their concerns & issues with care and providing them with solutions.Utilize TMS to optimize 3PL operations, reporting, tendering, tracking and tracing.Communicate with suppliers, customers, carriers to obtain profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.What youll get in return:Competitive base salaryExtended Health Care, dental and Life/AD&D insurance.Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life balance.Salary:Up to $33.34 per hour ($65,000.00).
