About the Role We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring top talent. Reporting to the Director, Recruitment & VMS, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring an exceptional hiring experience. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, relationship management, and innovative sourcing techniques to help us meet the growing talent needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while meeting both business and technical requirements. Candidate Sourcing: Use creative and traditional methods (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, social media, etc.) to identify and engage top talent. Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings via phone/video and assess candidates through in-depth interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Offer & Negotiation: Manage salary and rate negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements between candidates and the company. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, pipeline leads, and recruitment tracking documents. Performance & Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to continuously improve processes and meet hiring goals. Collaboration: Work within a team-driven environment to enhance recruitment operations and provide a seamless hiring experience.Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment. Experience working with both full time permanent and direct contract hiring is ideal. Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) experience will be an asset. Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles and industries. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and leverage new talent acquisition tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
