This position will be responsible for all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products and custom code. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and develop Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and SalesforceCommunity CloudImplement Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization using technologiessuch as APEX, Triggers, Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Perform Salesforce administration including managing roles and access, troubleshooting,data cleansing and auditing, and other configurationsDesign, configure and maintain Salesforce security rules, permission sets, field levelsecurity, record level security, roles and profilesFollow best practices including integration and application development, deployment,testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinementPromote changes from development to QA, and from QA to production environments byapplying DevOps best practices and technologies such as Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Jenkins,Git, and test automationSeek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and makerecommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid paceDefine, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to developand implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/codeQUALIFICATIONS:5+ years hands on experience implementing production ready features on Salesforce Service CloudStrong understanding and experience with configuration and development using Apex, Apex Triggers, Lighting Aura/LWC Frameworks and Visual ForceStrong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, data modeling, design patterns and design limitationsHands on experience with Salesforce Workflow Rules, Flows, case management, knowledge base, chatbot, communities and service console customization.Preferred certifications Service Cloud Consultant, Admin Certification, Advanced Admin, Platform DeveloperPreferred experience installing, configuring and customizing Amazon Connect CTI Adapter (understanding of backend Lambdas is a plus) including CTI Flows.Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs (experience with MuleSoft is a plus)Experience working with Data LoaderExperience with Salesforce dashboards and reportsStrong understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSSExperience with version control (Git) and CI/CD processExperience working in an agile environment.Exceptional Communication Skills (written, verbal, interactive)Able to collaborate with external partners and cross functional teams to get requirements and put into technical solutionsPREFERRED SKILLSSalesforce Service Cloud + Apex + Amazon CTI + REST/SOAP APIs + MuleSoft + HTML + JavaScript + CSS + GIT + CI/CDHOW TO APPLYMatt Dawson is hiring for this position.
