Produce site plans, floor plans, elevations, and renderings using CAD software. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet design, budget, and timeline goals. Handle zoning, site plan approvals, permits, and municipal submissions. Present proposals and adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Stay current with design trends, building materials, and technology. Requirements: 25 years experience in architectural design; 2+ years in general contracting. Post-secondary education in Architecture (preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion (or similar). Knowledge of building codes and construction methods. Strong design eye, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
