We offer psychotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, holistic health services, and family-centered programs all under one roof and rooted in safety, compassion, and relationship. Our Receptionist is the first face families see the one who holds the space where healing begins. The Role Were looking for a warm, highly organized, and self-motivated Receptionist to join our on-site team in Ottawa, ON . The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, has experience in a medical or mental health clinic , and brings both administrative confidence and a compassionate presence to their work. This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Greet families, children, and visitors with warmth, calm, and professionalism Manage phone and email communications, booking, cancellations, and general inquiries Coordinate daily scheduling for multiple clinicians and therapeutic services Maintain and update client records, intake forms, and documentation systems Oversee Second Nature Centres social media channels, including creating and posting basic content (we can train you!)
