Order Processing: Placing and processing orders, verifying shipments, and ensuring accurate invoices. Supplier Relations: Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery times, and quality standards. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all parts orders, including delivery dates and costs. Physical Inventory: Conducting physical inventory checks and ensuring proper storage of parts. Communication: Communicating effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Assist and support Site Manager(s) with special projects and company initiatives, as requiredOther job duties may be assigned as needed Requirements:Ability to deal with changing priorities daily and multi-tasked orientatedSafety oriented Must have a valid “G” licenseSolver with the ability to innovate and improve processesExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience working with ERP software (SAP) strongly desiredDemonstrated warehouse or mtc, experience with progressive responsibility in a warehouse or mtc. roleExperience in the aggregate or heavy industry, manufacturing, mobile equipment or high-volume logistics preferredExecute parts inventory management processes to include conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pick up and delivery as well as stocking inventories Responsible for parts room organization and cleanliness Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory Responsible for managing parts obsolescence Strong attention to detailProcessing of invoices Visit our website for more information: Group Inc. recognizes Canada’s diverse landscape.
