Order Processing: Placing and processing orders, verifying shipments, and ensuring accurate invoices. Supplier Relations: Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery times, and quality standards. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all parts orders, including delivery dates and costs. Physical Inventory: Conducting physical inventory checks and ensuring proper storage of parts. Communication: Communicating effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
