Operations Excellence Leader We are seeking a results-driven hospitality professional to lead our operations team in achieving excellence. As an Operations Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, driving business performance, and maximizing guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in front desk operations, providing exceptional service to our guests and setting the standard for our team. The successful candidate will have significant exposure to our senior leadership team, with the opportunity to take on as much responsibility as they can demonstrate capability for. The scope of responsibilities includes: Driving business performance through effective management of day-to-day operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, events, and group business. Leading front desk operations, providing exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and setting the standard for our team. Reinforcing our overall service culture by role modeling best practices, providing guidance/feedback to staff, and offering individual coaching when needed. Handling complaints, settling disputes, resolving conflicts, and managing all escalations. Serving as the primary point of contact for group business to coordinate logistics and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Monitoring all aspects of the physical property to maintain quality standards and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Interacting with customers to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels, and overall satisfaction. Managing staffing/scheduling across all departments at the property. Ensuring regular communication with employees to create awareness of business objectives, align on expectations, and recognize performance.
