Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking empathetic, analytical, and strategic Disability Case Managers, especially those with frontline healthcare experience in Canada who can bring clinical knowledge, data-driven judgment, and compassionate communication to a meaningful role focused on disability claims management. Please Note : While this is a remote role, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in disability management within the Canadian market . Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of disability claims (short-term, long-term, and salary continuance), ensuring timely and equitable resolution. Lead individualized recovery planning by evaluating medical and non-medical factors, functional abilities, and readiness for return-to-work. Apply crisis intervention techniques and rehabilitation strategies to support clients through complex health transitions. Leverage data and trend analysis to guide decisions and improve return-to-work outcomes. Build strong, trust-centered relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare providers. Provide clear, empathetic communication throughout the absence management journey. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in disability management within the Canadian market . Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Kinesiology, or Business. Direct experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, mental health support).
