The Associate will be hired through Ascend Partners 2-year career development program called CLIMB (Consultants Learning IT, Management, and Business). This program empowers new graduates and working professionals with practical expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) through OneStream. As Associates make their way through associate program, theyll receive dynamic training, personalized mentorship, and hands-on business applications to become a sought-after OneStream expert. The Associate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of OneStream solutions. The role will support the design, development, deployment, testing, monitoring, and training of OneStream solutions to ensure it meets the business requirement operates effectively and streamlines the user experience. This position will conduct user training as required. The first 12 weeks of the 2-year period will be dedicated to comprehensive training to ensure proficiency in essential skills, followed by a salary increase. During this time, the Associate will have the opportunity to become familiar with their work as well as the Company policies and procedures. Following the successful completion of the 12-week training program, as a condition of continued employment, the Associate is required to pass the OneStream Administrator Certification between week 13 and 17 of their employment. Apply learned skills throughout the 2-year associate program to implement the skills and knowledge acquired in daily work tasks and projects to improve performance and productivity. Maintain a record of progress throughout the 2-year associate program, including completed training and certifications, acquired skills, and areas for improvement.
