As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading our mid-market Account Executive team as we scale across North America.Youll be instrumental in building the foundation for the next stage of growth, from hiring and onboarding to developing sales strategies and performance coaching. This role is for someone who lives and breathes team development, loves rolling up their sleeves to drive results, and is excited about transforming an industry through cutting-edge technology.What youll do :Coach and mentor a team of 4+ Account Executives to help them consistently meet and exceed quotaCollaborate closely with the VP of Sales to refine sales strategy and execution as we scale in the U.S. marketOwn team development, including hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing skill developmentFoster a high-performance, positive team culture grounded in accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvementDevelop and track key performance metrics to optimize individual and team productivityPartner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure cohesive customer experiencesLead sales forecasting and pipeline management for the AE teamContribute to strategic decisions around pricing, packaging, and go-to-market planningThe right person for this role will have :5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3 years in a leadership / manager roleProven success managing and scaling high-performing sales teamsExperience coaching AEs in consultative, solution-based sales environmentsPassion for developing people and helping them unlock their full potentialComfort operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving processesStrong data orientation you leverage metrics to drive coaching, not just to report performanceExperience in the insurance industry or selling to brokers is a major plusFamiliarity and experience coaching against the MEDDIC and SPICED Sales frameworksBonus points if you have :Experience building out U.S. sales territories or GTM strategiesBackground in AI, automation, or insurance techFamiliarity with HubSpot CRM or similar sales toolsCustomers at the core.
