Thats what we do.The Next Step in Your CareerIf youre an experienced Sales and Account Manager looking for a new challenge, or if you have recruitment or SaaS experience and want to use it with our comprehensive product suite, this opportunity is for you!Were hiring a Senior Sales & Account Executive to join our team in downtown Vancouver . Your primary role will be to engage recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises and recommend the most suitable solutions from our offerings. You'll be stepping into an established book of business of our First Nations and Indigenous clients , with the opportunity to nurture existing client relationships while driving new growth .Some key accountabilities will be :Nurturing and expanding relationships within the existing book of business (accounting for approx. 60% of targets) to maximize retention and uncover new opportunitiesEngaging prospects through multitouch approaches (outbound cold calling) while meeting sales / KPI targetsConducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutionsManaging pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales processLeading qualified software demos with product specialistsDeveloping long-term client partnerships to drive repeat business and strategically grow accounts over timeCollaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needsAs the Senior SAE, youll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.About YouTo qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience , and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, RPOs, etc.).
