Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Solution Architect with expertise in Application Development and Consulting Services along with a strong grasp of supporting technologies, DevOps practices, and modern application architectures. The ideal candidate will drive solution design, architecture best practices, estimates and lead the delivery team on solutions. This position will assist Pre-Sales, develop Statements of Work and develop intellectual property for the Application Services group. In addition to delivery responsibilities, some additional potential activities may include leading strategic client engagements, facilitating Art of the Possible workshops, acting as a trusted advisor painting the big picture, mapping client pain points to our services portfolio, and driving transformational outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis by engaging with clients to understand their business objectives, workflows, and technical needs. Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end architecture for cloud-native applications. Technical Leadership: Lead solution delivery team in implementation. Act as a trusted advisor for engineering, security, and operations teams regarding Application Solutions and Modernization. Writing, reviewing and presenting Statements of Work to senior client stakeholders. Hybrid Delivery Leadership: Lead delivery of a blended team consisting of onshore, nearshore and offshore resources. Approach every engagement with a strategic mindsetfrom Discovery through to Managed Servicesensuring long-term client value and sustainable partnership growth. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, data flow diagrams, and process models. Review and provide constructive feedback on pull requests to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices; develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches; and collaborate closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues and accelerate delivery. Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Performance Optimization: Design for high availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Automation & DevOps: CI/CD pipelines and automation for cloud workloads. Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of industry trends, such as AI. Actively identify and influence revenue-generating opportunities in Art of the Possible sessions and throughout client engagements to uncover client pain points, align on strategic objectives, align client needs with our services portfolio and envision innovative solutions that tie directly to business outcomes. Translate client needs into holistic architectural solutions, leveraging our full services portfolio across App Modernization, Data & AI andSecurity. Define actionable workstreams and roadmaps that create long-term value. Maintain a strong awareness of commercial opportunities within accounts. Identify and influence revenue-generating workstreams by recognizing where our services can further support the clients journey.
