Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our key suppliers. This role is critical in ensuring supplier performance, driving continuous improvement, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting business objectives through effective supplier collaboration. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned suppliers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key supplier contacts. Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness). support sourcing team in negotiating terms and contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels. Manage supplier onboarding and qualification processes. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to resolve supplier issues. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved quality, and supply chain efficiency. Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions. Support risk management efforts by assessing supplier risks and implementing mitigation plans. Maintain accurate supplier records and reporting in ERP and procurement systems. Qualifications Required: Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in supplier or account management, procurement, or supply chain. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa). Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or technology-driven environment. Knowledge of supplier quality management and compliance standards.
