Position: Office Services Clerk Location: On-site in York St., Downtown Toronto Salary: $25 per hour Job Type: Temporary 3-month contract Were looking for a reliable and service-oriented Office Services Clerk to join our team on a short-term contract to support vacation coverage for 3 months . This is a great opportunity for someone with previous office or customer service experience who enjoys a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks in a team-focused environment. Responsibilities: - Support mailroom operations sorting, filing, distributing incoming and outgoing mail - Assist with office services maintaining the pantry, setting up workstations, ordering supplies - Provide reception backup answering phones, greeting clients, directing visitors - Perform general office support as needed Qualifications: - Minimum 6 months of office or customer service experience (retail/hospitality welcome) - Friendly, can-do attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills - Basic proficiency with computers and office tools - Professional presentation and a dependable work ethic This is an on-site role ideal for someone who is flexible and happy to pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
