10 years IT experience supporting an ERP system, preferably for Lawson HCM 5 years experience leading an IT team and collaborating with Network Services, the user community, and management teams Must have professional developer program coding experience, team collaborations, project work, and Go Live migration experience Must have technical knowledge of HCM components, how it is all integrated into other HCM modules, with Finance, external vendors, financial institutions, and government entities Must have problem solving skills Must be organized and able to adhere to schedules Must be able to identify and acknowledge scope creep and how to minimize its impact Must lead professional IT team, issue work assignments, prioritize, and know when a team member needs additional support to complete task in given timeline Candidate must have excellent communications skills in verbal, writing, and have experience delivering presentations to support team, user community, and managers Skilled in adhoc reporting for requests from management team This HCM team must function with a very high level of confidentiality and a strong mind-set of data security
