PLEASE READ:This is a 3 month contract to permanent.The successful candidate MUST be available to start ASAPCandidate must have previous experience in receptionThis position is fully in office (Yonge/ Bloor)Your new company:Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a private equity firm located in Toronto, ON. We are looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis of 3 months, which has the possibility of extension/ permanent. This candidate will be working from their Toronto Office (Yonge/Bloor) on a full time basis. Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and manage front desk operations (primarily deliveries; limited foot traffic)Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails professionallyMaintain cleanliness and organization of meeting roomsSupport HR with scheduling meetingsCollaborate with Marketing on internal and external event planningPotentially support an executive with:Expense reportingTravel bookingPerform data entry tasks in Salesforce (a plus)Draft internal and external communications using Microsoft WordManage calendars and correspondence using Microsoft OutlookEnter and manage data in Excel (beginner to intermediate level)Requirements:Excellent communication skills – both written and verbalPolished and professional demeanorEnergetic and personable – a great fit for our vibrant office cultureEagerness to learn and grow within the roleExperience with Salesforce (data entry)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
