Leadership: Lead local supervision of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute facility modifications, turnarounds, and well optimization projects. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical diploma is an asset. Experience: Minimum 10 years of oil and gas operating experience, with a proven track record of leadership and people skills. Safety Record: Demonstrated commitment to safety, with consecutive years of strong performance. Familiarity and Skills: Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Training and Teaching: Proven experience in training and teaching practices. Computer Skills: Excellent working knowledge of field-based data management systems. Operational Expertise: Demonstrated experience integrating and coordinating all operational aspects, including down-hole and surface production equipment.
