**Small-Town Charm and Career Growth Opportunity** About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Division Lead to oversee underwriting, claims, risk inspection, compliance, and sales & marketing functions across our Algoma division. This is a leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in demanding professional roles and 3+ years in management. A university/college degree or diploma in a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience gained in financial services or insurer related settings, is also required. Additionally, FSRA and OMIA status in good standing is essential.
