We are recruiting an experienced Panel Designer to join our team to support our client.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and develop panel systems, including layout, detailing, and specificationNavigate and interpret architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and detailsDevelop and maintain thorough knowledge of architectural drawing standards and conventionsCoordinate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure integration with building plans and systemsCollaborate with estimating team to provide detailed estimates and takeoffsAnalyze design options, identify potential issues, and develop creative solutionsREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Architectural technologist / architectural technologist diploma & experienceKnowledge of architectural drawing navigation / plan, section & detail coordination integration a mustAutoCAD 2D drafting / Revit 3D visualizationEstimating experience an assetThoroughness, methodology and an analytical approachProactive in approachOTHER PERKS & BENEFITS:Paid Benefits after 90 days (individual and family) extended medical, out-of-country coverage, dental etc.Pension eligibility, with employer match, after 1 full year of work (open enrollment every October)MEDA offers an excellent referral bonus.
