Title: Bilingual Customer Service Associate - Shift 9-5pmReports to: Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Customer ServiceLocation: Toronto, Ontario We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our growing team! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Customer Service, our team provides unique value to our customers in the medical aesthetics industry. What you’ll do: Deliver a superior and consistent customer experience.Handle all issues and concerns and respond to inquiries across North America including new businesses, customers, doctors, sales reps and clinical staff.Provide monthly activation codes to all Service Agreement customers.Process orders, refunds and exchanges.Front line support for all incoming Tech Support calls, including service case creation, troubleshooting and liaising with Technical Support staff.Work closely with Marketing, Clinical Support, Logistics and or other teams as required or requested.Provide Sales support including but not limited to contract generation and sales fulfillmentMaintain/upkeep of sales activity data, shipments, customer interactions and customer accounts in required files/systems/databases.Work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
