Our proprietary AI-powered solution, AP Wizard, streamlines AP workflows with intelligent automation, OCR, and predictive coding—reducing risk, improving efficiency, and transforming how finance teams operate.The OpportunityAs an Product Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the client experience. Youll lead training sessions and actively contribute to improving onboarding outcomes, refining our internal processes, and maintaining long-term client engagement. You won’t just deliver content—you’ll develop it, track its impact, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that every client gets real value from the platform.This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts educator, communicator, process improver, and client advocate.What You’ll DoDeliver client training via Microsoft Teams (and occasionally in person), guiding users through AP Wizard’s (apwizard.ai) features in a way that aligns with their business workflows.Develop, refine, and update training materials (e.g., slides, guides, job aids) to reflect evolving product features and client needs.Participate early in onboarding, joining technical setup calls to understand client requirements and tailor the training accordingly.Act as a long-term resource for clients, answering follow-up questions and ensuring continued value realization post-training.Track training-related questions and issues, categorize them (training vs. system), and escalate or route feedback through structured internal channels.Collaborate closely with onboarding, support, and product teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.Use internal product dashboards and client data insights to identify adoption risks, usage gaps, or support needs.Help streamline internal processes by sharing feedback, proposing improvements, and contributing to team-wide onboarding playbooks.What You BringMust be legally eligible to work in Canada2+ years of experience in client training, onboarding, or customer success—ideally in SaaS, ERP, or finance systemsExperience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or construction finance workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different roles and skill levelsA process-oriented mindset with flexibility to adjust as needs evolveHigh attention to detail and ability to manage timelines, track open issues, and follow up proactivelyComfort with remote delivery tools like Microsoft TeamsWillingness and ability to travel within North America occasionally for client visits or industry eventsBonus Points ForExperience with Vista by Viewpoint or other construction ERP platformsTechnical writing or instructional design experienceFamiliarity with AI, OCR, or invoice automation toolsComfort using internal dashboards, CRMs, or issue-tracking tools
