Job Description

We are seeking an Intermediate Digital Transformation Specialist for a one-year hybrid contract in Peel, Ontario.Work Mode: Hybrid, with at least two days per week on-site (Ontario).Location: 10 Peel Centre Drive 2cnd Fl, Suite AStart Date: August 18, 2025End Date: August 14, 2026Project Duration: 1 Year (with a 12-month extension option)Hours per day: 7Hours per week: 35Note: Travel between various RoP locations may be requiredThis role supports the Regions transition from paper documents to secure, accessible, and reliable digital files. The initiative aims to reduce environmental impact, improve operations, and minimize compliance risks. Employees will have on-demand document scanning services, enhancing efficiency, cutting costs, and streamlining workplace processes as part of the broader digital transformation.Mandatory Certifications:Enterprise Content Manager Practitioner or higher certification (AIIM) (Certificate required)Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) (Certificate required)Change Management Certificate from PROSCI (Certificate required)Required Skills & Knowledge: Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint to support digital transformation.Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities, with examples of past critical thinking applications.Customer Service: Ability to assist users with the new service and ensure satisfaction, supported by previous customer service experience.Document Digitization: Expertise in managing and converting documents into digital formats, with relevant experience in document management.Educational Qualifications: A degree in computer science, information management, business, or a related field, along with relevant certifications.AIIM Membership: Active membership in the Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM), demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of best practices in information and document management. Proof of membership is required, and additional involvement (such as courses, volunteering, or speaking engagements) is valued.
