Perform daily office rounds ensuring cleanliness/tidiness of break rooms and common spaces and to stock supplies Complete general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, etc. Supporting on-site security system, including assigning employee access cards. 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment. ~ Reception experience is an asset. ~ Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF. ~ Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle for travel to site.
