The impact you'll make:Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, you will coordinate and execute Visual Merchandising operations, including signage and planograms. This key role connects Retail, Creative, and Marketing to ensure all Visual Merchandising assets are well-communicated, coordinated, and accurately delivered to our stores. All Team Members contribute to Sajes culture and foster a positive environment. Responsibilities: Retail - 60% Coordinate and support the rollout of visual assets and planograms across Retail channels. Consolidate and analyze VM data to support operations. Communicate VM plans with Retail Operations and field leaders. Manage VM assets library for third-party Retail partners and maintain relationships. Measure SKU productivity related to VM strategies. Creative Operations - 40% Coordinate timelines, files, and delivery with Creative Operations. Manage vendor relationships for VM assets. Support Retail leadership with VM briefs, ensuring accurate and timely information. Always: Foster a team environment emphasizing belonging and inclusion. Work effectively cross-functionally, remain flexible, and solve problems proactively. Qualifications: Strong understanding of retail store flow and environment. Experience working in an office, managing projects, and collaborating across teams. Experience with creative teams and print assets. Vendor management experience. Comfort in retail store environments and experience with activations. Experience with creative briefs from start to finish. Detail-oriented and organized; familiarity with project management tools like Asana. Adaptable and organizationally flexible. Budget tracking experience is a plus. Experience with various print types is beneficial. Creative and innovative thinking skills. Why Saje? We support your growth and well-being.
