POSITION: Director of Sales REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) CLIENT BASE: North American dealer/distributor network in the home improvement industry SCOPE: Lead national sales strategy for a $100M manufacturer, managing dealer development, business development, and retail showroom integration. Drive revenue, expand market share, and strengthen dealer relationships across the U.S. and Canada. ROLE SPECIFICS: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets Oversee dealer development, showroom operations, and customer engagement initiatives Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple channels Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to align business objectives Analyze market data, pipeline health, and dealer performance to refine go-to-market strategy Represent the brand in key customer interactions and strategic market opportunities REQUIREMENTS: 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, including 5 in a leadership role, B2B sales Proven success managing a B2B dealer/distributor sales model across North America a strong asset Strong understanding of market analytics, KPIs, and team performance metrics Bachelor''s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing; MBA is an asset High integrity, humble leadership style, and passion for developing people and partnerships
