Every couple of days, were booking dozens of meetings, juggling conversations with hundreds of people, and running complex, detail-heavy workflows under serious deadline pressure. We need someone sharp, reliable, and fast to help us keep upand help us grow. Our company is in the email and real estate tech space. Were a small team with a lot of momentumand theres real room to grow with us if things go well. This role is a mix of admin execution and outreach coordination: you''''ll be handling inboxes and spreadsheets one moment, and nudging potential clients to book a meeting the next. That means you need to be organized and a little persuasiveable to tell when a lead might need a nudge and when to back off. Heres what were looking for: Excellent written and spoken English Comfort juggling multiple priorities under deadline Confidence in communicating with leads and prospects Great attention to detail and follow-through Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Youll thrive in this role if youve worked in a fast-paced setting where you managed a high volume of client or lead communication, juggled multiple detailed workflows at once, hit tight deadlines, and brought a bit of sales or lead generation intuition to the tableeven if that part was light. A typical day might include: Following up with warm leads via email or text to get a meeting booked Organizing data and tracking responses in our system Keeping tabs on dozens of ongoing conversations and deadlines Helping us triage tasks and manage priorities as new ones come in If you like moving fast, keeping things organized, and helping people say yeswed love to talk!
