Responsibilities Achieve the highest service standards and consistently exceed guest expectations. Collaborate with FOH/BOH management teams to recruit, select, orient, assign schedules, and review staff performance. Enforce company policies and procedures effectively. Meet operational objectives across all outlets by developing and executing action plans, and maintaining productivity, quality, and service standards. Coordinate with Events and Private Dining teams to ensure smooth daily operations of private dining events. Resolve staff and guest conflicts through service recovery and implement necessary changes. Work with BOH management to control costs by reviewing portion control, preparation quantities, and minimizing waste. Estimate food and beverage needs and place orders with suppliers. Maintain accurate budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and monitor records. Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations to avoid legal challenges. Arrange maintenance and repair of equipment as needed. Develop managers and staff through regular one-on-one meetings, training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Create an engaging, energetic environment fostering teamwork among associates. Drive restaurant growth and sales through marketing initiatives. Conduct regular P&L reviews to analyze financial performance. Qualifications Over 3 years of experience in fine dining as a General Manager. Experience in a similar environment. Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working independently. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in conducting written and verbal performance reviews. Strong business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills.
