About the Role This is a Senior Audit Manager position in an Asset Management Company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the execution of audit and assurance engagements, ensuring timely planning, documentation, and communication throughout the engagement lifecycle. Be proactive and consistent communication with internal clients to provide updates on engagement progress, findings, and expected outcomes. Develop and present well-considered, actionable recommendations that address the root causes of identified issues, ensuring relevance and alignment with organizational goals. Prepare clear and concise audit reports, communicating key findings and recommendations to the Director and relevant business unit leadership. Monitor and track the timely implementation of management''s corrective action plans, ensuring effective resolution of identified issues. Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization to support audit objectives and broader business initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational operations, industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments to inform the audit plan and support risk management efforts. Participate in business initiatives as a trusted advisor, offering timely and practical insights on controls, risk, and governance matters. Actively contribute to the evolution of internal audit practices, including methodology enhancements and strategic initiatives aimed at driving team effectiveness and value delivery. This role requires a minimum 7 years of Internal/External Audit experience. A CPA, CIA or CFA qualification is preferred, along with strong proficiency in Investments and Capital Markets. Public accounting firm training is also highly valued.
