As School Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the school, ensure a high level of student experience, and play a key role in growing our enrolment. Youll work closely with the Academic Manager and a small, dedicated team to deliver exceptional programs and support our international agency partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operations & Student Experience Coordinate the daily running of the school, including front-desk operations and student services Manage student bookings, accommodation, and arrivals (e.g., airport transfers) Supervise seasonal programs, including summer camps and group stays Program & Activity Coordination Ensure smooth delivery of junior and adult programs Plan and coordinate activities and excursions for seasonal programs Maintain high standards of safety and organization Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and support sales follow-up Respond to inquiries, issue quotes, and convert leads into bookings Support social media updates and local marketing initiatives Collaborate with the international team on offers, pricing, and promotions Performance & Team Coordination Support budgeting and reporting in collaboration with the finance team Help recruit and supervise seasonal or administrative staff as needed Monitor enrolments and contribute to achieving commercial targets What Were Looking For 3+ years of experience in international education, student travel, or school operations Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff Proven experience in educational management or administration Organizational skills to manage school operations and resources efficiently Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commercial focus Experience with seasonal or language programs is a strong asset Availability to work occasional weekends or evenings during peak times Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Additional pay: Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: international education marketing/administration: 3 years (required) Language: Location: Toronto, ON M4Y 2B7 (required) Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Education and Training Industries Language Schools Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ACCESS International English Language Centre by 2x Get notified about new School Manager jobs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
