Grow Your Career with Outbound Sales We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition, reaching out to business owners, educating them on digital advertising, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns. In this role, you will proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers using consultative selling techniques to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus. Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are required. Salary and Compensation You will earn a base pay of $24 CAD per hour, plus commission. We also offer certification in our platform, which takes only 7 days to complete. This gig is worked from the comfort of your own home, and you are allowed to work more hours if you wish. You''re allowed and welcome to work more hours if you''d like to. Benefits and Performance Metrics As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform. To succeed in this role, you must meet the following performance metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience. You must not have any active contract with a different gig while working for us. A comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit and Employment Check) is mandatory.
