Are you passionate about driving business growth through digital advertising? We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for net-new advertiser acquisitionreaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns. Key Responsibilities Familiarize businesses with the benefits of digital advertising on a leading social media platform. Develop consultative selling skills to educate business owners on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through paid social media. Benefits Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. Certification provided for your time, which only takes 7 days to complete. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. Additional hours are welcome. An opportunity to work with a leading social media platform. Performance Metrics Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Mandatory Requirements A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience. No active contracts with other gigs while working with us. Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check). Prior experience with consultative selling and sourcing new leads is required.
