Account Executive - Digital Advertising Specialist If you''re passionate about digital advertising and have a knack for outbound sales, this role may be the perfect fit for you. We''re looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Account Executives, where you''ll play a key role in helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform. Your primary focus will be on net-new advertiser acquisition reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform''s capabilities, and pitching the value of advertising to help them launch their first campaigns. Proactive Prospecting and Sales Familiarity with digital advertising or paid social is a plus, but strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are essential. About the Role This full-time position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, worked from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm EST. You''ll have the flexibility to work more hours if desired. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of validatable sales experience and be comfortable with consultative selling to existing leads and sourcing new ones. You''ll also undergo a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process. Key Performance Metrics Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Average $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.
