Outbound Sales Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisitionreaching out to business owners, educating them on the benefits of digital advertising, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns. You will be responsible for: Proactively prospecting and pitching new SMB advertisers Educating businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising You will have the opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform and earn a competitive salary, including base pay and commission. To be successful in this role, you must have: A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience The ability to present consultative selling skills and source new leads Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales Benefits include: Earn base pay + commission Certification paid by the company A flexible schedule with a minimum of 32 hours per week An opportunity to work from home Performance metrics include: Activating a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Driving an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene This is an outbound sales role that requires a consultative selling approach and the ability to source new leads.
