We''re seeking a driven and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you''ll be focused on acquiring new customers through digital advertising by educating business owners on the value of advertising and helping them launch their campaigns. You''ll use your consultative selling skills to prospect, pitch, and activate new advertisers. If you''re passionate about driving awareness, engagement, and growth for small businesses, we want to hear from you. Proactively reach out to business owners to educate them on the benefits of digital advertising Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus Salary: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission Job Description: This is an outbound sales role where you''ll identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and consultation. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check) Experience in consultative selling and prospecting Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and media sales Benefits: This is a 32 hours a week minimum gig from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST.
