As an Account Executive, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisitionreaching out to business owners, educating them on the power of digital advertising, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns. ''> Main Responsibilities: ''> Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers by using consultative selling to educate businesses on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. ''> Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus, along with strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach. ''> ''> What You Get: ''> Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. ''> Certification in digital advertising only takes 7 days, and we cover the cost. ''> Work from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST). ''> An opportunity to work with a leading social media platform. ''> Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. ''> Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. ''> ''> Requirements: ''> A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience. ''> No active contract with another gig while working with us. ''> Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check). ''> Ability to do consultative selling to existing leads and sourcing new leads. ''> ''> Key Performance Metrics: ''> Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. ''> Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. ''>
