Grow Your Career in Digital Advertising ''> We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Account Executives. Your primary focus will be on net-new advertiser acquisition, reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns. You will proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers by: Using consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are essential. What You Get Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. Certification for your time to get certified. Certification only takes 7 days. This gig is worked from the comfort of your own home. This is a 32 hours a week minimum gig from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST. You''re allowed and welcome to work more hours if you''d like to. An opportunity to work with a leading social media platform. Performance Metrics Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Mandatory Requirements This opportunity is open to applicants who have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience. Applicants must not have any active contract with a different gig while working for us. Applicants must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (criminal, credit, and employment check). This is an outbound sales role. Identified applicants must be able to do consultative selling to existing leads and must also be comfortable sourcing new leads.
