Job Description

Drive Digital Growth as an Account Manager This is a role for a sales professional passionate about digital advertising, eager to educate businesses on the value of advertising, and skilled at launching successful campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new advertisers, using consultative selling skills to educate them on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect and pitch new SMB advertisers Educate business owners on the benefits of digital advertising Liaise with existing leads and source new ones Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals Requirements: At least 2 years of validatable sales experience Able to present a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check) Skilled in consultative selling and high-volume outreach Familiarity with digital advertising or paid social media What You Get: Base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission Ongoing training and certification opportunities Flexible work-from-home arrangement The opportunity to work with a leading social media platform Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Your Work Environment: Work from the comfort of your own home Minimum gig commitment of 32 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST)
