Account Acquisition Specialist If you''re passionate about digital advertising and want to make a meaningful impact, we''re looking for motivated individuals to help small and medium-sized businesses grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform. In this role, you''ll be focused on net-new advertiser acquisitionreaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns. Proactively prospect and pitch new SMB advertisers using consultative selling to educate businesses on how they can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are essential. Earning Potential and Benefits You''ll earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. We also offer certification in digital advertising, which only takes 7 days to complete, and the flexibility to work from home. This is a 32 hours a week minimum gig from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST, but you''re welcome to work more hours if desired. Earn base pay + commission. Certification provided in digital advertising. Key Performance Metrics Your success will be measured by your ability to: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience, not have any active contracts with other companies while working with us, and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable with outbound sales and able to do consultative selling to existing leads as well as source new leads.
