We''re seeking motivated and energetic professionals to join our team in helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform. In this role, you''ll focus on net-new advertiser acquisitionreaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns. You will proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus, as is strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach Salary and Benefits Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission Certification provided by Jumpcrew X (Twitter) This Gig is worked from the comfort of your own home A minimum of 32 hours per week is required, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST An opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform Performance Metrics Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Requirements Applicants must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience No active contract with a different gig while working for us Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check Ability to do consultative selling to existing leads and source new leads
