We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential/ Airbnb Supervisor Cleaner to join our team in the Calgary/Airdie Region. Must have a vehicle to commute within Calgary/Airdie houses.This role also involves ensuring that our Airbnb properties are cleaned to the highest standard, providing our guests with a welcoming and comfortable environment. Responsibilities: Residential Regular standard and Deep cleaning experience required. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas according to company standard AirBnb Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas according to company standards Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products Perform light maintenance tasks as needed Report any issues or damages to the management team Ensure properties are guest-ready by 4:00 PM check-in times Respond to on-call cleaning requests during off-hours Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when supplies are low Requirements: Must be available to work all days, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation (car is a must) to travel across the Calgary/Airdie Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required Must be able to lift and move supplies and equipment Must have flexible working hours with potential for additional on-call work What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate starting at $20 per hour during probation, increasing to $22 to $25 per hour upon completion Opportunity for growth into a management role over time If you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
