Reporting to the Executive Director of the Ministry of Education, this role plays a key part in shaping and implementing MNBCs Child Care Plan, supporting Mtis Chartered Communities, and fostering cross-sector partnerships.The Director oversees strategic planning, program compliance, and supports the growth of culturally relevant Mtis child care, strengthening collaboration with communities, government, and stakeholders to realize MNBCs vision for Mtis-led early learning and care.Qualifications and ExperienceMNBC encourages applicants who may not meet every qualification but are interested in the role.
