We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Supply Chain and Procurement to join our team for a global ERP deployment project of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design implementation, and optimization of D365 F&O, focusing on the Procurement, Demand forecasting (Material Requirements Planning), and Advanced Supply Chain Planning modules. As a Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the ERP solution meets the companys operational needs and global standards. Your expertise in procurement will help streamline our operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. ERP Implementation & Configuration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements. Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including configuration and design for module integration. Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations. Support the global deployment of Microsoft D365 F&O, with a focus on Procurement, MRP, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning modules. Support configuration of D365 F&O modules in line with global best practices, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business needs. 2. Business Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze current business processes in procurement, demand planning, and supply chain to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement process optimizations, ensuring the ERP solution is aligned with the organizations global operational strategy. 3. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, IT, and finance) to ensure smooth deployment and integration of D365 F&O. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with key stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions. 4. Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver user training materials and sessions to ensure effective adoption of the new ERP system. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides. 5. Data Management & Reporting: Assist in data migration, ensuring accurate data mapping and validation from legacysystems to D365 F&O. Collaborate with the reporting team to design custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into production, planning, and quality metrics. 6. Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and ensure that the modules meet business requirements. Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes within the ERP system. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, or related field. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in purchasing/procurement and supply chain management. Strong experience in data analysis and project management Strong experience in the Procurement, MRP, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning modules within D365 F&O. Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects in production environments. Technical Skills: knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O, including hands-on configuration and optimization. Experience with data migration, system integration, and process automation within D365 F&O. Strong skills with Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced global project environment. Fluency in spoken and written English; French is an asset Nice to Have: Experience with other ERP systems, particularly in multi-site, multi-country deployments.
